TO ORDER
1) Go to the entry that, the item is listed, and leave a comment, with subject 'ORDER', in the following format:

2) For your privacy, all comments are screened.
3) We will send you a email regarding your order within 24 hours. Please make your payment within 24 hours once order is confirmed. Otherwise, order will be canceled.
TO PAY
Once we've confirmed your order, you can make payment via
1) POSB Funds Transfer OR
2) Interbank Funds Transfer
Do drop us an email with your order number after payment have been made. Upon receiving your full payment, we will send your items out asap.

If you have any doubts, please make all clarifications before placing an order or making a purchase.

DELIVERY
1) Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight). Normal charges will be $1.50 per item.
2) Registered mail is always encouraged (it only cost $2.24 more on top of normal postage).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.
3) Prices are non negotiable.
4) We take pride in checking our products before sending them out. We will not be held responsible for damages incurred during delivery (eg. by the postman etc.). Your understanding is appreciated.
5) We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ask all questions before making your purchase.
6) Due to setting of your computer, actual color of product may differs from what you see on your screen. If in doubt, please ask. You can leave a comment in the entry that the item is listed (please read "TO ENQUIRE" above)
7) All orders excludes accessories (eg. bangles, hairband, shoes, bags etc.) shown in the photos unless otherwise stated.
